As the co-chair of the District Equity Team, I have led district-wide efforts to ensure educational equity, including developing and providing ongoing training and support for district staff. Here, visitors can view a district-wide professional learning presentation I designed to introduce Educational Equity. I also launched initiatives such as ParentSEE, Kindergarten Fair, and Parent University, designed to promote communication and involvement between parents and the district.
